2. Description of Service

We provide sports analysis and picks.

Free Picks: We offer one (1) complimentary pick per day on our website.
Premium Card: Users may purchase the remainder of that day’s picks for a flat fee of $1.35 USD.
Low-Volume Days: On days where our analysts determine there are fewer than four (4) games with viable edges across our covered sports, all picks for that day will be made available for free.

3. Payments and Billing

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By clicking to purchase the daily premium card, you agree to pay the stated fee of $1.35 USD.

No Subscriptions: This is a daily, one-time purchase model. You will not be automatically billed on recurring days unless you initiate a new transaction.
No Refunds: Because our product is time-sensitive digital information, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the daily picks have been delivered to your email, regardless of the outcome of the sporting events.

4. Delivery of Service

Upon successful payment, your daily premium picks will be sent immediately to the email address you provide during the Stripe checkout process. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address entered is accurate. OutFoxTheBooks is not responsible for picks sent to misspelled email addresses or emails filtered into spam/junk folders.

5. Assumption of Risk and No Guarantee of Results

Sports betting involves a high degree of financial risk. OutFoxTheBooks does not guarantee any specific outcomes, success rates, or return on investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By using our service, you acknowledge that you can lose money following our analysis. You agree that OutFoxTheBooks, its owners, and its analysts are not liable for any financial losses you may incur if you choose to use our educational information to place wagers on third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Conduct

All content provided by OutFoxTheBooks, including the daily premium picks sent via email, is the exclusive intellectual property of OutFoxTheBooks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view this information for your personal use.
You strictly prohibit the copying, sharing, forwarding, republishing, or reselling of our premium picks. Violation of this clause will result in a permanent ban from using our services and potential legal liability.
